How do you ship your perishable products?
We ship our meats frozen in insulated liners with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they maintain a safe temperature during transit. We recommend unpacking your order immediately upon arrival.
What is regenerative agriculture?
Regenerative agriculture is a holistic land management practice that leverages the power of photosynthesis in plants to close the carbon cycle, build soil health, and increase biodiversity.
When will my order ship?
To ensure product freshness, we typically ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders placed after Wednesday morning will generally ship the following Monday.
Are your animals pasture-raised?
Yes, all our animals are raised outdoors on open pastures. They are never confined to feedlots and are allowed to forage naturally as part of our holistic grazing program.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or it arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a resolution.
Do you use antibiotics or hormones?
No, we never use growth hormones or subtherapeutic antibiotics. We believe that healthy animals raised in a natural environment do not require these additives.
